Taking time to define a vision, whether for a single nursery or across a local authority, creates a clear sense of purpose that shapes every decision and unites teams as they work together, in synch, towards a common goal. Below, we offer some free resources to support you as you begin your vision-building journey.
Vision-building resource
This resource challenges your team to think imaginatively about your ideal baby room through a series of discussion questions. You can use these slides in a variety of ways, but we would recommend talking through one section per meeting (for a total of three vision-building sessions).
